Alissa and Zubin’s Lake Placid Wedding was perfection! They were both looking for a sweet, romantic, and intimate day in the mountains and thanks to the help of Whiteface Lodge, they got everything they wanted and more!

Their day started in separate rooms, getting ready for the big event! Soon after we met up for the sweet first look outside the lodge. Tears and laughs were had and then we carried on to the Canoe Club, a little beachfront along Mirror Lake where they said I DO!

Since Alissa herself is an avid mountain hiker, heading out to a field overlooking the mountains was a definite must. Although it was a wee bit cloudy, during the portraits in the field, the sky opened up for only a moment to provided us with some absolutely beautiful light! From there we headed back to the reception which was a beautiful array of flowers and themed mountain tables! Of course traditions were kept during the reception itself with an exciting mix of The Hora and Persian music!

Congratulations Alissa and Zubin, it was an honor to photograph all the sweet moments during your day and I wish you two all the best in your beautiful future as husband and wife!
