Hailey and Erik’s wedding day at The Courses at Forest Park was a whirlwind of excitement, unpredictable weather, and a whole lot of love! The day began as most do, with the Bride getting ready with her family and friends! From there we headed out for quick first look and on to Forest Park to beat the rain and take advantage of some beautiful weather. Well the rain held off through most of the portraits and then carried into a tornado warning, YES a tornado warning! Inside we all hurried waiting out the storm and fingers crossed for some clear weather during the ceremony!
Well lucky for us, the weather cleared for a short time leaving us the perfect opportunity for a wedding filled with sunshine! The ceremony included Jewish traditions from the Ketubah signing to the breaking of the bottle at the end! And since Erik is in the Military they had to follow tradition with a sword exit! The evening carried into the reception with a wonderful dinner and the exciting Hora! Hailey and Erik’s day was filled with excitement from beginning to end and it was an honor photographing their day!
Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs., wishing you many many more years of excitement and love together!
