This last weekend I traveled along side the Best Man out to a small town in Pennsylvania for Krista and Jon’s wedding! Now going into this weekend, I was in this sort of dilemma, “how do I go to a wedding as a guest and not want to photograph it?! I mean it’s been years since this has really happened!”. Well I came to grips with the fact that I was a guest half way through the wedding weekend, enjoying the festivities is actually quite refreshing! I made sure only to bring along my camera and small lens for the day, no flashes, I wanted to respect the hired photog, Leslie Gilbert (she’s pretty fabulous herself) and I thought this would keep it simple enough for me to not have the urge to take images 24/7. And I was right, I photographed the day from a “guest’s perspective” so to speak and still enjoyed the day to the fullest! Although I did have a 5 minute walk with the bride and groom at sunset that I am just head over heels in love with, I’m pretty sure my camera is filled with more silly photos of the wedding party and guests than you could possibly need!

Congratulations Krista and Jon, your day was absolutely perfect and I’m sure your life together is going to be filled with more happy moments than you could possibly count!

Luckily they sat all the “significant others” of the groomsmen at the table with the bride and groom, so during the Best Man speech I was able to snap some cute moments!

This dress is beyond gorgeous, I can’t get over it!
